With her wealth of commercial experience, Nicola joined The EBP in 2013 to lead the Business Support team. Nicola looks after all of our financial matters.

Andy joined The EBP in February 2017 after more than a decade of operational and HR experience in the food retail sector. He is a commercially aware and results-focused HR professional with senior level exposure in both private and plc businesses.

Joining The EBP in September 2017, Kathryn brings experience in leadership and operations. Enthusiastic and committed to the life-changing value that The EBP contributes to young people, Kathryn leads the Delivery Team.

Matthew joined The EBP in May 2018 bringing experience in managing high value contacts from both the buyer and supplier perspective. He has worked alongside a variety of organisations developing best practice within supply chains both in the UK and internationally.

John joined The EBP in January 2019 having worked in Sales for over 12 years. John joins the team with a wealth of experience in the careers and guidance industry.

Louise joined The EBP in June 2019 bringing substantial experience with the field of education and skills having worked in a variety of roles in the education sector.

Lee Patterson joined The EBP as a Board Director in June 2004 and was elected as Chair of the Board in January 2006. He is the Managing Director of RHG Consult Ltd, a management and training consultancy based in Oakham. Lee is also a Director of Rutland Reclaim an architectural salvage and design company which recycles waste materials into ‘one-off’ designs. He enjoys keeping fit and has cycled 350 miles in 5 days across Death Valley, California and run in the London Marathon.

Neil Shears joined the board of The EBP as a Non-Executive Director in 2005. He has worked in the Hospitality industry for over 25 years and currently works for Hilton Worldwide as a General Manager at Hilton Watford. Neil has three children and in his spare coaches youth football, he currently holds an FA level 1 coaching qualification.

Andy Hey joined The EBP board in September 2001. He is a Chartered Surveyor and Planning Consultant whose favoured pastimes are Test Cricket (watching, not playing), Luton Town FC (same again), gardening and spending time with his grandchildren.

Andrew Harwood has been working with The EBP since its formation in 2001, originally as a Director, now as the Company Secretary. An accountant by profession, he is retired from full-time work but actively supports a number of Stamford charities and enjoys playing tennis and bridge. You’re guaranteed a smile when Leicester Tigers are winning or the grandson is visiting.
