Our Potential for Growth portfolio is created for students aged 5-19 and is all about broadening horizons and inspiring confidence. These programmes provide a range of meaningful employer encounters helping to demystify the world of work, with a focus on the importance of transferable skills and reflected learning.

Our Resilience portfolio is dedicated to giving young people aged 14-25 skills in managing the pressures of school and preparing for life. These programmes are centred around overall resilience and wellbeing with a strong focus on understanding the self. These powerful introspective programmes provide young people with a platform for self-expression and a unique opportunity to pursue personal development.

Our STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) portfolio consists of focussed workshops designed with STEM industry experts. These curriculum-linked activities for students aged 5-19 raise aspirations and challenge stereotypes around STEM careers. Using higher level skills, we work with students to develop their creative problem-solving abilities.

Working in partnership with our established network of employers and stakeholders, we provide a range of preparation and development programmes for schools and colleges in Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.

Each year NCS gives thousands of young people across England the chance to meet others from all backgrounds, tackling outdoor challenges on an exciting residential stay away from home.

Our home learning resources include lesson plans for teachers with downloadable resources for students to complete. Linking to the National Curriculum, Gatsby Benchmarks and Ofsted Framework, our programmes focus on key areas including Careers, Resilience and STREAM (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts and Maths).
